THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
IF you are thinking about using this company, PLEASE DON'T. You will save yourself a lot of time and headache.
I signed up with them about 3 years ago. Everything was ok until I received a customer who wanted to sign on with my company with a large contract amount. The sum of $13,000. The customer wanted to put all of it on a credit card which I used WP to charge. They came back saying they could only charge $5,000. The rest of the $8,000 would be charged in 6 months as a security measure. Ok, so I thought they had only charged my customer the $5,000. So, 6 months later, I tried calling World Pay Customer service to try and get the rest of the $8,000. They claimed they didn't have it. I then charged my customer the other $8,000. My customer immediately called and informed me that they were charged the full amount 6 months earlier. I had to the refund my customer (which RBS charged me for) and then contacted RBS again. They said they made a mistake and that the $8000 was sitting in their account (collecting interested) for 6 months. They eventually turned the funds over to me but I ended up losing the $13,000 a year contract because of the incident.
When I tried to cancel my service with them, they said that I did not give notice within 90 days of my annual renewal date and I would have to remain with them for another year charging me $100 + a month. Or, I could cancel now and pay $492 to get out of the contract.
This company is a SCAM. I also searched the Internet on this company and found that there was some fraud that occurred back in 2008 and 2009.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE RAPED!!!!
