Went to this branch on Monday 3/18. Used the drive thru service to make a withdrawal, I completed the withdrawal slip and finished the transaction. Later that evening when reviewing my accounts they did the withdrawal from the WRONG account, this almost put me in a bind for overdraft. I have attempted to call this branch multiple times and I always get a new message on why they cant take my call right now. Technical errors, no one available, etc.

Bank Manager Rachel is very rude! Don't go to this location. When asked a question she refused to help. She then decided to leave telling the bank tellers to tell the people waiting for her assistance that the people should have made an appointment.

Was in and out and in a few minutes. Helpful friendly employees. I've been banking with US Bank for 30 years never had a problem.

I have banked with US Bank for 19 years. I moved to Oklahoma in 2011 and still bank with US Bank. This week I drove 100 miles to the Joplin branch on 32nd street from my home to open another account plus take care of other business. Those who wish to see a dysfunctional bank take a drive to Oklahoma.

Absolutely atrocious business practice. Purposefully leaving out overdraft information, lying about ACH payments, and letting inexperienced out of state employees setup accounts. Disgusting
