    In April, 2022 I was in a hail storm. My vehicle had a substantial amount of damage. I trusted Roper Body to repair the damage. Not even one year later the paint is lifting on the roof and the hood. I went to Roper a month ago to report the damage. The receptionist took photos to show the store manager. I expected a call but that did not happen, so I called a week later, finally got the manager only to find out they will not stand behind their work, he blamed it on the paintless dent repair process used to pop out dents. It should not matter what process they use, I should not have paint peeling off less than 1year later. The manager offered to repair the damage but I would have to pay $850 out of my pocket. That is not right. My passenger side running board was damaged in the event. They did not find a matching one. So I was credited $108 for the non-replacement of the running board. However, the insurance company paid over $250 for the part Why did I receive $108? Also I reported to them about the windshield washer fluid nozzle sprayer being damaged with a hail stone. They said they ordered the part but it was NEVER replaced. It still doesn't work. I guess I purchased a nozzle for them to place in their part inventory. That is wrongful in every way! Because the paintless repair was used on the roof, they had to take down the headliner, they didn't get it put back up right, because it is falling down, now. What to do but to take my pickup to a responsible and honest place to repair the things they messed up. Thank you Roper Body, I will not be back for more of the awful way you do business! I let them know all these things and got no satisfaction or response, unless I reached out first, where is the customer service in that? They were given more than ample opportunity to make this right and the Manager refused to stand behind their work! I certainly will never recommend this body shop and I will tell everyone I know what they've done to me. Personally, I believe it has a lot to do with me being a single woman and they think I am dumb! Whatever!
