        I went into the store the other night and asked one of the associates to run a diagnostic on my car without asking me any questions as to what was going on? What warning lights or anything were showing? He told me we can't do it. Because my check engine lights not on. He turned around and walked away. Mind you he never left the building and went to my car. I would like management to know that. I will never step foot again in your store. Because I went right on down the road to AUTO ZONE. And they were more than happy to help me solve my problem.
