Melissa was a dream to work with!! My home buying process was a tough one but she and my realtor always stuck up for us and were supportive the entire time. She will answer any question thrown at her and does it EXTREMELY quickly which is amazing. I love her honesty and how she is with you every step of the way and keeps you in the loop. I 10/10 recommend using her as your lender because everything will get done correctly and because she is always looking out for your best interest!!

Words can not describe how phenomenal Melissa was to work with! It was my first time buying a home and she was always able to answer my questions! She educated me and was so helpful. She didnt talk down to me but made sure she explained things in a way I understood. I will always recommend her and will use her for any future adventures!

The biggest challenge for me to write this review will be not sounding paid-off! This is because I have a Niagara of positive things to say about Melissa, but I assure you that its all 100% genuine! Trying to make a long story short, Ill just say that I originally approached Melissa about buying a home when a co-worker said that he bought a home through Melissa and had a great experience. Given that, I decided to contact her and Im very glad to say so! She was always there and extremely polite/knowledgable/understanding of my desires and not pushy whatsoever. Shed check-in with me, present listings to me, always be able to be contacted, always keep my pre-approval up-to-date and info saved, and always be ready to move on a home that I had interest in! One major point to make is that my home-buying experience was years in the making. I wouldnt be surprised if it was a few years that her and I were looking (and that is 100% due to me being fairly picky while also having a relatively small budget). Even though I was taking so long to find homes, shed always be ready when I found one (even if it was weeks or months since the last one). She also dealt extremely well with my weird hours! I work odd shifts and it was usually most common for me to contact in the early morning (which I still wouldnt recommend out of politeness) but shed still be responsive even in that circumstance. Its absolutely worth noting as well, how comfortable you can feel with Melissa when it comes to asking questions and for information on specific properties! I went through this process completely on my own and had a million questions. She helped me through all of them and was always available to give me info about any home that I was interested in. When the day finally came that the home Id eventually buy was found, I contacted Melissa and it went exactly as planned! Needless to say, if I ever move from this house, need to buy another house, or know someone who is doing either of those, Ill be going through Melissa or suggesting her to whoever is in need! She even made herself available after my purchase, when I had more questions or when mail arrived at my new address which I was questioning the authenticity of (if you didnt know, youll get strange mail for a little while after you buy a home). Feel confident in working with Melissa! 5-stars from me! Thank you!

Melissa is the best! Shr has helped us with refinancing and buying a home. I know our refinance process was not easy, but she made it easy for us. She is our go-to for our mortgage needs!
