        Kim Nickless (and Katelyn and Scott from the Alberson Team) really took care of us! Kim made it her mission to follow up and make sure that we were well-informed about different angles and options we could take through the lending process. We were waiting on a new construction home to be finished and the closing date logistics were extra tricky (and stressful) due to our other home being under contract, but Kim went out of her way to maintain constant communication between the builder, the title companies, and us to ensure that our closing went as smoothly as possible. We are bursting with gratitude and we truly can't thank her and her team enough!
