I ordered the Bratwurst platter, with German Potatoes and Red Saurerkraut. The brat was charred on one side and raw on the other side, the potatoes were great, sauerkraut had very little flavor. My wife ordered the burger (medium) it was like a Meal Ready to Eat burger and should have been reconsituted it was so dry and well done. Service was slow and sorta friendly. If we go back to Hermann we will not go back to the Concert Hall. I'm surprised it's the oldest continually operating tavern west of the Mississippi. A group of "gentlemen" were sitting about 5 feet away from us and continusouly dropping "f" bombs. Not happy at all.

Nice place on the riverfront to eat or get a drink. Sometimes understaffed but usually good.

Good variety of food choices. Great selection of German foods on the menu. Building is old and has been left mostly origonal in structure. Quite a large number of tables to accomodate a bigger crowd if one is traveling in a group. Pricing is reasonable, in line with other restraunts of this type. Staff was courteous and took good care of us. If you are traveling in yhis area I suggest this as a good place to choose to dine.

My son and grandchildren were in town for my granddaughter's wedding and we stopped by to grab dinner. The server was terrible. Another server finally took our order because she never showed up. We waited over a hour for a berger and chips. The berger was terrible and the chips were stale. The mozzarella sticks were great. I would give it a 0 star if I could.
