We have made the short trip to Swiss when staying in Hermann a few times. I think the Krakow alone is worth it! Good selection of meats, jerky, and sausages, as well as some sweets, and a sandwich menu as well.

It is a wonderful place to shop and the staff is awesome and knowledgable. They are open Monday through Saturday 9-5 and closed on Sundays. They are also closed closed for all of the Major holidays.

Meat is not cut the way I ordered it, packaging is terrible also will not be using them ever again. Very expensive also.

Pros: They say the cows are grass-fed and antibiotic free, staff is friendly.
Cons: This my third time buying...I have 3 boxes of hamburger and 2 boxes that include tongue, heart, soup bones, tail, and steaks, roasts, stew meat, etc. for over $1,100. The boxes are small...I received half the brisket as last time...I dont feel I received everything I paid for. Although it was packed better this time, its half of the good stuff as unusual. Im trying elsewhere next and will update my review to compare.
