They were extremely prompt in getting my claim admitted. Explained how the insurance worked. We had to wait on the body shop as they were running behind. When the body shop finally got done, American Family was still ready and waiting to process our claim. Awesome service!!

My wife and I have been with Camreon and his lovely assistant Rachelle for over 5 years. We were at Progressive and where always told nobody was cheaper.
