I was working with Moe pterodactyl on getting insurance here and boy was it a nightmare. I originally went there because I wanted to use someone with farm experience for my home insurance. Moe was persistent about trying to get my auto insurance which I did not use threw an agent. I explained why I was ok with the level of coverage I had. He claimed it would only be "a few dollars more" per vehicle so I let him put a quote together after we only spent like a hour talking about it. They got back with me and it was almost twice what I was currently paying and to just maintain the same level of coverage it was an extra $200 every six months. For some reason, he kept bringing it up and being very annoying and I finally had to tell him very firmly there was no chance I was just going to swap my auto over so I could pay an extra $200 for the same coverage. It doesn't stop there folks, it gets worse, I have a legal case where a utility company damaged my property. Moe had claimed because of this they could only insure my house for ACV. I asked for him to email that to me. He proceeded to get nervous on the phone. The next day, he sent me a quote that still wasn't right (there was a building he was obsessed with insuring which was the wrong building I had told him multiple times) still on there and he sent me some weird vague email not explaining why they would only insure for ACV. I asked him to elaborate only to get ignored. I contacted his supervisor and he was just as bad. I told him all I wanted was it in writing why they could only do ACV. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't change what the underwriter's decided which I said was fine. I just wanted it in writing why they only offered ACV. He proceeded to repeat himself about not being able to change what underwriter's decided over and over and over like ten times. To the point I asked him why he was still talking about it and then he said it AGAIN. It was at that point I realized this place was ran by clowns. The only selling point Moe has was he had been doing this for "30 year" which my experience is people that all they talk about is years of service suck because they have nothing else to offer. Kmart was in business since 1899 and look where that got them. Stay away from this nightmare.

We were a customer of Craig and formed your insurance for over 15 years. Always pay our bill on time and never had a claim. Finally we had a small claim about $3,000 with a $1,000 deductible for water issue. They tried to deny our claim we had to fight it and then they tried to cancel our insurance afterwards which we bought that then we canceled them. Stay away from him you can't trust him or his company
