      image Was walking in with a pretty big box. A gentleman was walking out and came to get the box from me and took it into the store and placed it on the
      counter. He indicated he worked there. I didn't know if he was leaving shift or on break but after setting it on the counter he walked out. It was thoughtful and courteous. I don't know his name, but really appreciated it. In today's world it's difficult to see random acts of kindness and he embodied it.

      image Typically great service, but sometimes employees are standing around using cell phones. These cell phones might be UPS issued, but scary if not. Are employees making social media videos of customers or the UPS day to day transactions to upload. Privacy concern for customers when in a UPS store. Potential lawsuits in the end?
