If there were 0 stars I would have given it. They sold me furniture with missing pieces and they cant do anything about once confronted

Table was bought and received by customer. The manufacturer failed to put 2 legs in the box and we ordered more for the customer. Customer demanded that we give them all their money back for troubles. We refused to give money back and have ordered legs. Customer denied wanting us to bring new legs to them and called cops reporting us as scammers. They have since been banned from the store and used all their resources to bash the company

Be ware they are scammers. They sold me furniture with missing parts and didnt let me exchange or refund and I had my receipt. The man even tried to intimidate me by telling me he is dangerous.

The quality of furniture is really bad and they do not work with their customers at all. Very unprofessional when I had a complaint and was very confrontational avoid at all cost.

I’m sorry to hear about this. From the camera recordings we have it looks like your family tried intimidating an employee and he felt threatened to work there for the day and had to leave work early. While working with the customer and getting them the missing legs to their table that the manufacturer failed to put in a box, the customer continued to threaten and employee and called the cops on the company as scam for not returning all the money and keeping the table
