Condescending representative.. I was on the line for almost 50 min. I placed an order within the threshold to receive a bonus circle reward.. after my order was filled some items were out of stock , no fault of mine, so it took my total purchase $2 under the $70 needed, and I wasn't given my credit. This wasn't fair to me as I made a purchase for more than the amount needed and because they couldn't fulfill the order I was penalized. No one offered a solution only apologies and rude behavior. I was very disappointed in the quality of service I received.

Target on Lindbergh is as a disappointment. My items were wet and damaged when I received them. I didnt even buy anything of liquid for this to have happened. (dive up/pickup) And one of my gifts for Easter was missing and couldnt be located. The associate told me that my items were thrown around in the back and made it hard for him to locate the bags. Could be why one of my gifts was missing.

The aisles were cluttered with tables of purchasable items, empty carts, used carts, and stocking trolleys. It was very difficult to get around with a motorized cart. The shelves were disorganized too. It seems like the store was hit by customers and the employees were just now (11am) getting around to straightening up and stocking the shelves. I hope this is just a one off day.

Targets usually have items in stock making it more convenient for the consumer not having to go all over to find what they are looking for because Targets has it! Thank you for a pleasant, peaceful and productive shopping experience!
