Had issues with my phone while calling out. I visited the store and Harry resolved all the issues I had with my phone. Great people at the store.

Been having issues with my phone and network lately. Went to the store and these guys helped us above and beyond to fix the issue. Will be getting 5G phones this Xmas.

Went in to upgrade a phone and got scammed by the sales person. I payed $175 because he put me on some plans that he did not tell me about and sold me accessories that he said was how he was able to discount the phone. And he said that I had to add a new line to even get a phone at a decent price. Turns out according to the company website, the phone we got would have been a FREE upgrade which means I didn't need a new line. And the phone was free and $100 of what I paid for was for the "discounted" accessories. I would not trust them over there. I will never go to that store again. If I need help for them, I will go to another location, use the internet, or call customer service. And if you don't think that I am not going to blast this all over social media, think again. Nobody should have to deal with such shady people.
