Storage Masters

Had unit broken into alot of items stolen. property owner put their lock on it never even told us it was broken into and did not care the thief or theives grinded the latch off owners put new latch and thier lock on but never called us they have no problem taking your money worst company ever awful people.

Rented the area and was told items would be safe and secured. However after less than 3 weeks motorcycle was stolen, air compressor, and other large items. When I went into the store with the police to see footage James, one of the managers there was very rude and uncooperative with the police and I. Still no recovery thanks to Storage Masters of Columbia on Rangeline and even when someone else went in they were told this was not a safe location and they would not rent nor live on this side of town. Be ware if you keep your belongings here! Insure heavily!!!!

So I used this place as a last minute storage unit since I had to be out of my apartment, but my stuff was in there for less than a week and there was already mice and mice feces in my boxes of stuff. I can u sweat and if stuff is in there for a while but less than a week?!!

Unit was the worst I've ever seen. Dirty, leaked water all over possessions, owners do not take care of units. Did nothing to compensate us. Customer service is subpar as well.

We had our items stored for approximately 6 months. We went to check on the unit, and found our old lock on the ground, and a new lock in place. We contacted the business who said the unit had been broken into in Feb, and they re-secured it with a lock, but they never notified us (this is the end of March). They stated that they had our phone number wrong in the system. Understandable error, however, they had no problem corresponding with us by mail for payment.
