FIVE 5 STARS!! I find the people working at this facility EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Columbia, MO has a population of over 100,000 people, so the postal workers at this hub are extremely busy. They're not rude, they are more than willing to work with you if you work with them. I have encountered Jennifer, Trey, Chad & others throughout this 2022 holiday season & all are WILLING to help me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I don't know them personally if they're naysayers among you. I moved here the end of Oct 2022.

I NEVER get my delivery on the day I am supposed to get it. The day ends with some inappropriate message like "Available for pickup" or "Unable to access home". Why can't they at least use an appropriate message and tell me when it will be delivered? Much of my online purchases end up "lost in the mail" and I have to get a refund. The worst service ever. And the Lemone post office itself never answers their phone. They just take it off the hook and you always get a busy signal. They don't care about anything. Even the 800 number won't talk to you but make you look for automatic answers which don't help one bit.

In the summer be prepared to sweat! You wait in a tiny non air conditioned room which is horribly hot while the employees are in a cool air conditioned warehouse which is at least twenty degrees cooler. Why USPS can't cool this tiny area is beyond understanding. The employees can't understand why you are hot and irritable.

Trey is the best! Always delivered mail to my apartment complex and went above and beyond to help. I had a package that wasnt marked as delivered, and he was the one who answered the phone when I called. He personally called the business I mailed the package to and confirmed they delivered it, and then marked the item as delivered. First class service!
