CPU STA #3 COLUMBIA — Contract Postal Unit

I drove down campus and paid to park because this was the only place listed as open to ship packages, but when I arrived, they have absolutely no capability to ship packages. Apparently, they have to have a special USPS label that they don't carry. I wasted my time and will have to wait until Monday.

Never had I had so much trouble as I have had with this sorry excuse for a post office. My husband and I asked our mail to be held for a month while we were between permanent addresses. Well after 4 trips in to the office, & multiples of paperwork filled out our mail was never held and continued to be delivered to our old address where we no longer lived. Then when we did finally establish a permanent address and again went in and filled out a change of address form it was STILL never changed. I finally went online and paid the fee to have it changed and now hopefully we will get mail again. After all this time the post office has never been able to produce any of our mail from this over 30 day disruption and we are missing many important things we were expecting including money. So incredibly disappointing that after continually going in to the office and trying to get things set up ahead of time and be responsible we go absolutely nothing in return and are still struggling to get our mail.
