        After needing to cancel multiple times due to having a demanding job(I was never a no-show), I got a very condescending voicemail from Dana as an appointment reminder that stated she would see me tomorrow unless I was going to cancel again. The tone was abrasive and not necessary. While the doctor has always been wonderful, I will no longer give Pearle my business due to Danas lack of consideration.

        Would be nice if they were open their stated hours. Twice have I been there before their store front and website stated hours for closing and twice lights out and locked up. This time it was a hour and a half before stated closing time. Not very convenient for those of us that don't get off till 5pm
