Steve kept in touch with us from the day we signed the contract till the day the job was completed. Jason and Richard were pleasant, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable and experienced at their job of building our deck. They were very patient when we asked questions and gave great suggestions. They were very mindful, considerate and understanding with our dogs when they needed to be in the yard. The job was completed in a timely manner considering the weather they had to deal with in March. Services: Demolition, Remodeling

This company was a nightmare to work with. I had 5 smaller jobs--refinishing my oak front door,  adding some new baseboard, lengthening legs to an antique library ladder, adding some metal trim corners to an outdoor shed and switching out chrome bathroom fixtures for oil-rubbed bronze. Their idea of refinishing was not even removing the old polyurethane and putting new stain over the old stain. When I explained how  bad it looked, I was told he didn't have time to sand it down. There were 5 trim corners to put on the shed. He attached two.  When I inquired about the other three, I got a text that said, "Omg there are two corners that needed to go on and I cut the material and put them on! "  This was incorrect.  All five had a place to be, but Steve didn't ask. Then they couldn't figure out how to switch out the trim kit in the bathroom due to my plumbing. The shower handle fell off the first time it was used because they rigged a square attachment over a diamond shaped hole. They suggested I have them put the old crystal knob back on. When the bathtub wouldn't hold water, I was told, " Put a stopper in that and be done with it!"  They cut corners and make a lot of excuses, then try to make you feel guilty about taking too much time. I was told I didn't understand about running a business, I had difficulty getting an itemized list of costs, and  I had to have others refinish the door and complete the plumbing work.
