I've known Rod for nearly 10 years now and have always found him to be extremely professional and prompt. Anyone who knows Rod and his quality of work would highly recommend him!

We have used Glidewell Construction for a number of major remodeling projects, and I do mean major. Rod and his crew provided excellent service! They were efficient, finished each of the jobs on-time and under budget and the outcome was beautiful. Rod consulted with us every step of the way, answering questions promptly and providing us with many useful recommendations. Each member of his crew were courteous, skillful and a joy to work with. Rod is definitely the team leader and sets the standard for the performance of each of his workers. We recently down-sized, moving from our older, long lived in home. It sold in under a week, and we know that was thanks to Rod's workmanship.

We are from out of state, knew zero people in Boone County, and probably did way more research into contractors than the average person. For months we asked every home-related business we visited for advice on builders. There were maybe two names that we kept hearing repeatedly, Glidewell Construction being one. Even our draftsman, who worked for a competitor of Glidewell's, recommended him because he was so impressed by his work and professionalism. After meeting with Rod, we knew we hit the jackpot. From day one he has been easy to talk to, very professional, and someone easily respected for his opinion and advice. We are right in the middle of construction, and have never felt comfortable not being at a job site day and day out--this has not been a problem with this home. We feel such a sense of relief knowing our dream home is in such capable, well-respected, professional hands. He is working so hard to make our vision a reality. We can't wait to see the end result and feel we made a well-researched decision in choosing Glidewell Construction.

Rod Glidewell is a gifted contractor who has done three construction projects for us. He planned and built a screened porch, a ceramics studio for my wife and an addition to our house for me to use as a craft studio. He is completely reliable and trustworthy. He delivers what he promises and does it on time and on budget. I wouldn't rely on anyone else to build for me.
