I have used Aire-Serv for over five years, so when I recently moved into a smaller condo, I called them for regular maintenance service on my heating/air-conditioning system. Today, my service professional, Lane, was here to inspect the system which is now 18 years old and took the time to educate me on the functions and issues that could develop over time. He was personable and informative! He cleaned parts to improve efficiency and left me feeling confident that the system is functioning just fine for now. We have now had two positive experiences with Aire Serv in the past 6 months. We are happy with our service and will call them again. They worked hard to schedule around our busy schedules and to work us into their schedule quickly. Office staff - Destanie and technician - Rick were kind and answered all my questions. Im happy with the work completed as well. I can update again after our new heating unit is installed. Update: Eric installed our new heating unit in January and we are happy with the work. It runs well and we are warm again! We have now had them out to clean our very dirty and dusty air ducts. Destanie scheduled our cleaning and was polite and easy to talk to. Ethan and Lawrence cleaned our air ducts. They were friendly and polite answering all our questions and sharing what they found while cleaning with pictures. They finished in just a few hours as well. Another good experience!
