Josh did a very thorough inspection and took the time to answer our many questions about the house. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is great at explaining inspection issues to first-time home buyers who are unfamiliar with home maintenance and repair. He also sent us a comprehensive report with many photos within 48 hours, which we appreciated. Joshua came out for the inspection while the builder's crew was there finishing up some last minute details. Joshua spoke with the crew and basically directed them to fix lots of little items himself. He walked us through what he had seen and what had already been fixed by the crew at his direction. It was a big relief for us as we hadn't bought a new home in over 25 years. Super professional and very positive attitude. I HIGHLY recommend Bur Oak Home Inspections.
