Melanie and Stuart were very professional and helpful from the start. Melanie worked with me to schedule the dates, and answered all the questions I had surrounding inspections. Stuart showed up for the inspection ready to go, even knowing it was 6 degrees outside. Very knowledgeable, and informative. Stuart allowed me to tag along for the inspection and explained everything he looked for and observed. I would highly recommend them for your home inspection. They may not be the cheapest, and you typically get what you pay for. I'd gladly use them again in the future. Thank you both for your service.

Mr Spradling was professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable and able to explain in laymens terms. Looked out for quality vs time of inspection on the new purchase. I left feeling like he cared for the safety of my family and I personally. Dont just pick a name pick the best, Spradling Home Inspections.

The home buying process can be a nerve-racking saga. When it came to the home inspection part of our buying process, I was nervous that an inspector would overlook key details or not be upfront with their findings.
The home inspection by Spradling Home Inspections before we closed on our home gave me peace of mind about the home we planned to purchased. Stuart provided a detailed report showing things that passed inspection (noted in green within the report), things that might need repair in the future (noted in orange), and things that didn't pass inspection (noted in red).
This detailed report--with photos AND descriptions--gave me a punch list of items for the seller to correct before we purchased the house so I could have confidence that my new home would be safe and up to code.

HIGHLY recommend Spradling Home Inspections! It's evident they take pride in their work and customer service. I had a very tight closing deadline, and they were able to work with me to schedule an appointment as quickly as possible. The report was incredibly detailed, and was emailed to me the night of the inspection. As a single female, it was important to me that I understood everything notated in the report, and not be scared to ask questions. Stuart took the time to walk me through the property, and patiently answered all my questions. Never once did I feel talked down to, and he was genuinely happy to answer every question I had. After looking at the report on my own, I had some follow up questions and Melanie almost immediately called me back with the answer. They are genuine, honest, responsive, and committed. I will absolutely recommend them to family and friends.
