The Swift team is THE BEST!! Swift has done numerous projects at our home over the years. The Swift team is friendly, trustworthy, meticulous, and give immense attention to detail. They will keep you updated with every step of the project. They listen to your requests and concerns and work with you to make sure they deliver exactly what you want. They are all fun to be with, friendly, and considerate. They clean up any mess they might create during construction. They are precision driven. If its not right, they will make it right. Speaking from experience in our home, Swift added a screen porch, remodeled our upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Swift completely remodeled our kitchen and main floor by knocking out walls to create an open floor plan. We found a front porch in a magazine we loved. We asked Swift to build it for us and they were able to reproduce an identical porch as was in the magazine. We love it and are constantly getting compliments. Ryan and his team were amazing to work with! They took what could have been a very overwhelming process and supported us every step of the way! They took my home which was in desperate need of some TLC and made it look like a show room! We could not be happier with the results!

I was very excited to work with Swift on a remodel in my familys home. They were quick to respond to my initial request to come out and see my vision I had In mind for our home. They were timely, polite and personal when they did come to our home and that is the only reason I rate them with 2 stars and not 1. They did say after they walked around our house and heard my ideas that they were very busy and to be patient with them but that they would look into a quote and were excited to work with my husband and I on this improvement. About 4 weeks had gone by and I hadn't heard from them and because they said they were busy I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, however because I have been forgotten before thinking someone was busy I figured Id just call to inquire about an update. After sending 1 text and a couple phone calls I finally got a voicemail telling me, now remember we told you to be patient along with other excuses. If I could Attach the voicemail I would because after letting 3 other people listen to it, the condescending tone and choice of words was kind of baffling. So after receiving that voicemail. Ive been patiently waiting for about a year now and I still have not received any news on this project. Im pretty bummed with their lack of communication considering how patient I have been. We were truly looking forward to investing in their time and work.
