        Professional, courteous staff. Expert level knowledge of apple products. Not hard to get an appointment.! I called at 10:30 am and was seen at 1 pm that afternoon. Everything was explained clearly each step of the way through the evaluation and repair of my iPhone. Clean and quiet store in a great location for shopping or grabbing a bite to eat should you need to wait for repairs. All pricing was upfront and I was even told my options as to whether I wanted to seek a solution through my phone carrier or have them fix my problem. If you have Apple care for your products, it may even be a free fix. Mine was absolutely free! Overall, a wonderful experience that totally squashed the stress of having a phone that was essentially a paperweight until repaired. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option.
