        We have had a business account for over 29 years with US Cellular and since Alex has left, there has not been one person to help me and my needs for my business at this location. Very disappointing.

        Customer service is horrible. The chat assistants cant do much more than look at your account. If you canceled your service you get billed for an entire month even if it is at the beginning of your billing cycle and all the Retention Specialist could say was thats our policy.
