        I think it was the manager. I spoke to representative online and they told me that I can go to a local store that can resolve my issues because they couldn't do it online because they required in person authentication. When I was there they pretty much told me the deal that I got online or by phone was not possible. And pretty much told me that I couldn't get the deal because it wasn't a real deal. Well it turns out. I got the deal. I just didn't want to wait a month for the phone. But I was able to do it at a different location. This location is a scam. If the manager wants Proof. Just reply here and I will gladly drive over to show. Damn idiot
