Truck started misfiring bad on way to work, called right at 7:30 (like 1 min after truck started misfiring) they answered immediately and said bring it by, knew it was going to be spark plug or injector related. Was spark plugs, they made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and were able to bust it out by lunch. Didnt price gouge the spark plugs much like every other shop. Needed some wires that had melted, all good. Labor rate is about as expected. If I didnt have an important trip to make, I would have changed them myself but these guys did it faster and for a very fair price. The only complaint I have is that my CEL came back on the next day and threw an evap leak code. Could hear a weird sound coming from under the hood. Found a whole vacuum hose unhooked. It took a lot of pressure for me to get it back in so I find it hard to believe it backed itself out 3 inches or so. I could be wrong, but even if they left it unplugged, it was most definitely an honest mistake. Easy fix, will see if the evap code clears itself in the next couple days or I will return. Overall good shop, friendly service, good price. Not going to let one mistake sour my mood.
