        I think you could take them a brand new mower and nothing wrong with it and they couldn't find the problem. They couldn't find water if they fell from a boat. Terrible service need I say more.

        They've always been very helpful for me. They did some work on my ztr a while back and it turned out great, and at about 1/4 of the price I'd expected. The only reason I saw the negative reviews here was because I needed their phone number to call them for help getting some parts. I'm fairly surprised, so I just wanted to give a heads-up that they've always been good to me.

        Fixed my lawnmower under Sears Extended Protection Plan. Terrible communication. They missed multiple "updates" that they said they would call me about over the course of several weeks. I had to call every time to figure out what was going on with my lawnmower. Maybe they are better if they are getting paid directly for service and not doing it under warranty, I don't know. At least I got my lawnmower fixed, and they did it correctly.
