I like to consider myself a diyer and both times Ive had an issue with an appliance they have come through for me with help on how to fix it or a part. This last time I had a dishwasher that was leaking out of the bottom right corner. I tried everything to get it to stop besides buying a new seal. I went in and talked to Gary and told him I needed a new seal. He asked me if I had cleaned the seal and the door which I did. He asked if I inspected it for tears or holes which I did. He then asked if it was level. I told him that I would get back to him on that. I went home and sure enough, it was a half a bubble off. Leveled it and no more leak! They could have easily have sold me a new seal but didnt. Consider myself a lifelong customer!

Service call was a pleasant experience when I called-in for repair. Tim, the service technician showed up, went right to work and resolved the issues with both our washer, and dryer, in less than an hour. Truly great service!

Very friendly, home town service! I bought a pellet smoker from them two years ago and needed a new cover. They were more than gracious and having one and finding it for me today.
