        As local, small business owners ourselves, we like to buy local too. Thats why when I needed to replace my 10-year-old Bosch dishwasher, we went to Downtown Appliance. Great service from the sales staff and service technicians. And the new features Bosch has developed in the last decade are amazing.

        Gene took care of us on the sales end, it was not a standard order we needed and he was able to get it all ordered in a reasonable time. Highest praise goes to the Downtown Appliance delivery team of Eric and Livingston. What professional and knowledgeable young men. Installs can always be stressful but they made it easy!
