Woodlake Apartments

Wow!! A complete 180!! :) yay!!! Veteran welcomed! Welcomes people would are struggling but on the right path. This Landlord rocks! And they are one of the very few pet friendly places. Thats the short story. (Mrs. Tanya) My landlords actions are louder than her words!!! On point every time! Heres the long detailed story. So I was homeless and saved enough to live in this apartment complex 2 years ago. It was bad, I mean holes in the walls, black mold, no inside doors, hot water heater didnt work, food disposal was broken, BAD. They changed managers 2 times within my first 9 months and nothing was getting fixed or taken care of. This new landlord, makes sure all her residents are comfortable and feel like this is our home. My other apartment unit was unlivable. As soon as Mrs Tany came and spoke with me about living conditions, everything changed. She truly made sure I was okay. She moved me into a fully fixed apartment with no issues and welcomed me with open arms. She apologized about how I was treated before she was there. I usually would have taken that with a grain of salt but she showed me different. Mrs. Tanya changed my opinion of Woodlake Apartments for the better. Im not planing on leaving anytime soon. If I ever have an issue, she solves them within 24 hours. Thank you Her actions are louder than her words. Thank you for having me WOODLAKE!!

I had an AMAZING experience when moving in! Tanya and the team were absolutely amazing! Tanyas smile and positive energy will light up any room shes in and can turn anyones day around! A perfect place to call home!

For 1 person my apartment is very spacious. I love the lake and the geese. The community manager Mrs. Tanya is great. If you have a problem they will get it fixed for you. Maintance has even came out on a Sunday evening to fix a problem for me. Well lit at night and security that Patrols so you feel safe. The dog park is a added bonus. Can't say enough good things about woodlake and the staff. Very happy with my decision to move here.
