        Do not live here! It's structurally not safe or sound. Lots of health code violations and rental violations. Anyone can get in even though they have "key access doors". I was constantly calling EVERY DAY for management and maintenance help only to have to make my boyfriend repair and replace lots of things. There was mold all over the place. Also lots of bugs. Lots of ticks and brown spiders. Curling tiles fell off every night. There's no air conditioning which makes it very dangerous in the summer in an old building that has no airflow. I bought my own air unit told I would be reimbursed. Only to be weeks after move out in a 'fight' because they deliberately threw away the receipt they told me to leave. Do not live here!

        cool furnished spot for a student downtown. basic repair requests could take a while. old bldg with some problems as expected but id live there again.
