This site made me choose stars. I wouldn't have or even chosen negative stars, if possible. Rudest employees ever! I've been in there twice over the past 2 weeks purchasing spring/summer clothes. Today's visit settled it! I'm never going back! I asked the lady who checked me out a question, she turned her back on me and mumbled with attitude "I don't know!" Very sad. I love Express clothes. I guess I will have to resort to purchasing everything online. This store needs to fire everyone and start from scratch with people who want to work there, these people obviously don't.

I am a very disappointed customer, i used to love express and their materials, I bought this sweater 7 days ago with another 10 pieces, when i got home i realized that it had odder on it and i washed it and this is literally how it looks like after the first wash , I went to the galleria store and the workers their are very rude literally the dollar tree workers are more professional than them , they yelled at me and said the policy says that i can not return it , now i hate express and dont think their materials are good like i thought , I dont know how a brand sweater looks like this after the first wash , and i swear i did not even wear it once

I hadnt been in this location in sometime and the store was messy with not an associate in site. It looked like they were going out of business with how messy the sales floor was, you couldnt properly shop. Will not be returning to this location.

The people here are horrible and SO unprofessional!! They smoke in front of the registers blowing the smoke in customers faces!!! Since when are employees are allowed to smoke in front of the registers in the open store disgusting people the manger was with them too making it okay?? Each and every single one of them is lazy and dont want to work. I asked for a pair of jeans on the mannequin and an employee told me to go find them myself and pointed me in the wrong direction. These people here are rude, lazy, and SO unprofessional.
