        I worked at the Columbia Mall Express Factory for a year and a half and Ive never had a problem with management, and we have always had a good work environment. The new manager at Express is very unprofessional and cant be trusted. She fired me without reason, without notice, and without a warning. She likes to talk about people behind their backs to other employees and will not tell you to your face when she has a problem with you. I have always been a good worker there, my co workers and past manager can second that. I dont recommend anyone work there under this new manager. It is a very toxic work environment.
