My employer approached me with a buy/sell agreement, and I needed someone who understood all the nooks and crannies of these documents to help me wrap my head around it. Mary was great. She walked me through the entire (long) agreement, and I walked away from the meeting with about a dozen bullet points to address with my employer before signing -- which she also summarized in an e-mail to me the next day. Very helpful, and for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend for any business needs someone may have.
