In March 2023, I contacted the Kaiser Law Firm to see if they could update my estate planning documents. I was given a simple questionnaire to complete before our first face-to-face meeting. The questionnaire information and my old estate planning documents provided them with most of the information they needed to prepare draft documents for my review. Working with their Sr. Paralegal person (Jaylene Tinerella), we quickly resolved all remaining open issues. (What a pleasure it was working with Jaylene). When I discovered a spelling error, Jaylene quickly made the revisions without saying a word. I met with the attorney (Andrew Kaiser) at our first meeting. From that point on, my wife and I only met with the other staff members to complete the entire process. At our final meeting, the documents were signed and notarized. All the original documents and a full set of copies were provided. The copy documents were presented in a 3-ring binder completely organized and tabbed. Very professional! The entire process only took two months to complete.
