This place is trash and will sell you trash car and take no responsibility. They scrub their used cars to hide underlying issues and will sell you a lemon.

I didnt have a good experience. Significant lack of ethics and honesty. Would not shop Frank Leta in the future. Frank Leta responded below. The ironic thing is that Travis is the person who would not stand behind a written offer from one of their appraisers. He said that they were not qualified to do it. I wasted 3 hours of my day, let them drive the car, etc. In reading the fine print of the offer, it was only valid for a trade. Which they knew going in I was looking to sell the car. It is simply dishonest.

My husband and I were looking to trade in our car for something a little more reliable and Casi Zamacona, our sales Consultant, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. She got straight to the point with what we had envisioned and went from there. Her professional demeanor was very refreshing and we very much appreciate. She was respectful to our wants and needs without pushing a new or high valued vehicle onto us. If anyone is looking for a relaxed, respectful sales consultant I would definitely recommend Casi! Also Michael, the Fiance Manager, was amazing and really worked with us to get the best possible rate, so we just wanna say thank you for being so patient.
