IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE ZERO I WOULD. I AM WARNING YOU KNOW DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EXTREAMLY ALLOWING TIFFANY TO TOUCH YOUR TAXES! HUSBAND GOT OUR TAXES DONE ALMOST A 3 WEEKS AGO AND SHE TOLD US WE OWED ALMOST 4K TO THE STATE, WHEN HE ASKED IF SHE WAS SIRE WE WASNT MISSING SOMETHING SHE STATED SHE WAS SURE EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT AND MADE A REMARK SAYING YOU MAKE ENOUGH MONEY YOU SHOULDNT HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING IT WHICH IS NOT THE POINT. HE PAID 300 AND HE WAS BRINGING ME HOME PAPERS TO SIGN BEFORE SHE COULD FILE THEM. WE HAD BEEN STRESSED OUT FOR 2 WEEKS WONDERING HOW WE WERE GOING TO PAY THIS! THE MENTAL STRESS ALONE WAS SICKNING WELL I REFUSED TO SIGN THE PAPERS UNTIL I GOT A SECOND LOOK AT THIS AND IT WAS CLEAR SHE MADE A HUGE ERROR. WE DIDNT HOW THE STATE ALMOST 4K, WE OWR AROUND1400!!!!! WHICH IS DOABLE. SPOUSE TOOK THE PAPERWORK BACK UP TO THE OFFICE AND SHOWED THE MANAGER AND TO FIND OUT TIFFANY NOT ONLY MESSED UP OUR TAX'S ALONG WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS TAXES, SHE HAD ALREADY FILED OUR TAXES WITH MY AUTHORZATION. I HAD NOT RETURNED ANY PAPERS WITH MY SIGNATURE. MANAGER TOLD MY SPOUSE SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE SOMEONE DO OUR TAXES OVER AND SOMEONE WOULD BE GIVING US A CALL. NOONE EVEN CALLED US HE HAD TO CALL HER. SHE ALSO SAID SHE WOULD REFUND OUR 300 WE PAID WHICH COULD TAKE I THINK 10 DAYS. ITS BEEN THAT AND EVERY TIME MY SPOUSE CALLS I FEEL LIKE HES GETTING THE RUN AROUND. THIS IS FAR FROM OK! SOME THINGD SHOULDNT BE TOLERATED AND THIS IS ONE OF THOSE THINGS. THE MENTAL LOAD SHE PUT ON US SMH AND WE STILL HAVE NOTHING. WE PAID 300 TO GET OUR TAXES SCREWED UP AND FILED INCORRECTLY AND STILL HAVE ARE STILL WAITING ON OUR TAX PAPERWORK TO BE DONE CORRECTLY. still waiting on refund and manager/ team lead has every excuse in the book not to respond to calls smh .Place is a joke! Didn't take us 10 to 14 days to pay you to screw us over shouldnt take that long for you to make it right
