        Eric Lupardus, with Empowering Lifestyles, has been an amazing personal trainer for me and I have been training with him at Fazeek for a year now. I would definitely recommend working with him. He is prepared and reliable with all of his clients, who range from young kids playing sports to the 60+ demographic looking to maintain strength, and has always served as a source of knowledge and expertise. He writes meal plans for every client and plans each of his clients sessions to be specific to the muscle group theyre training that day. If youre looking for a personal trainer in the blue springs/Kansas City area or a virtual personal trainer, hes your guy!
