Matt came out to our new home to inspect my HVAC system. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He took the time to not only do the inspection but also answer all of my questions. All though the previous owners had regular checks on the furnace, and great upkeep, they failed to change the filter in the humidifier for quite some time. It was visually disturbing how old it looked. I was so thankful that he had the filter I needed on hand and was able to get that switched during the visit. He gave me tips on what to do to keep my furnace in great shape and let me know what to expect when he comes back out in the Spring. I will definitely be using this company again!
