Im not sure I have the words for the customer service that Dads Heating and Cooling provided to our family! We live in SWMO but have a family member in the KC area that needed their furnace checked out. A different company came in and gave our brother in law the most dire news and said to turn off the gas right now and dont use the furnace!! They then came back and said well, on top of that, you need a new air conditioner and itll be $13,000. The units are 10 years old. My husband thought to get a second opinion and called Dads. They sent a tech out and informed us that there was nothing wrong with either unit. They went above and beyond by not only saving us $13,000 but they also inspected and cleaned our BILs units. So if you are looking for an HONEST companyDads Heating and Cooling is our recommendation!! We are so grateful to have used them!
