Christopher S. Abercrombie, DO

Now that I am older and have seen many other specialist and GPs, it makes me reflect and realize how awful Dr. Abercrombie was to me. I was in my very early 20s and he had me on SO many meds. I was taking over 30 pills in a 24 hour period. He threw meds at the side effects caused by other meds causing a huge snowball effect, I was confused on what meds to take when, which ones to continue or dropped when I started another, he would spend less than 5 minutes with me every month and somehow missed a near fatal blood clot. My leg and foot was so swollen for months because a clot and he shrugged it off. It ended up traveling to my lung and became a medical emergency. I also had labs ran and the staff left a voice-mail stating my results show that I was in stage 3 kidney failure which sent me into a panic. I seen a kidney specialist and he explained that it could just be that I was dehydrated and ran a test and ruled out kidney failed thank God. I had contacted family members and friends thinking I was actively dying.

Dr. Abercrombie and his staff are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!

I saw dr Abercrombie for a long time and I never had a pleasant experience, from small issues to big he never seemed to know what to do. I feel like if he would have took the time to listen and maybe spent more then 5 minutes in the appointments then we may of got somewhere but that was never the case.

I was going to go here with insurance that they don't take unfortunately and told them I would pay out of pocket because I have been dealing with severe back pain for over 4 years instead of following up with me they decided to cancel my appointment, and cannot get in until the end of November now....seriously?

Dr. Abercrombie is my primary care doc and has always been the most available medical professional I've ever worked with. Any question or concern I've ever sent to him has been replied to same-day, often times within minutes. If you need a primary care doc I can definitely recommend Dr. Abercrombie.
