Terrible, just terrible. I have been going to this doctor for over 20 years. And greed got the better of them. I went in for a wellness exam which is to be 100 percent covered by my insurance. Everything went fine I thought.. until I came in for my next visit and the staff at Sharma's office argued and insisted that I have to pay a double co-payment. After 30 minutes of back and forth I was told that during my wellness exam I was asked how my breathing was. Apparently they is in no relation to the wellness exam and because I answered i was billed for a wellness exam and a doctors visit. They tried to blame my insurance for not covering it but all my insurance wanted was a copay for a visit that I shouldn't of been charged for.

Before Dr. Joshi's retirement, my family & I loved this office. He was our family physician for around a decade. In fact, we gladly traveled from downtown St. Louis to Arnold. Now, it's horrid. Their ways of working are terrible. * If they can figure out how to turn a well-patient check up into a paying visit, they will. * You have to come in every 3 months for maintenance med refills (and they're forever not getting everything filled without having to call in while at the pharmacy). * A long-term nurse who had grown very discontent with the new ways of working even left. It definitely isn't just the patients who they treat with disregard. * They recently went to a new computer system and now can't find my son's records (who has been going there for ~10 years). * They couldn't adjust for 15 minutes on a 'new patient' appointment for him so that I could get in after a work meeting, knowing that he had an earache. They only care about making money and have zero empathy for their patients. We're now viewed as clients to leech money out of, rather than patients to care for. It's an utterly pathetic way of 'caring' for people. This office now operates more like a lawyer's office than a doctor's office.

Don't go here, they do not care about people and they do not try to help you.Plenty of good doctors in Arnold, but not the dr,that is here
