After our initial conversation by phone with Joe, we never heard from him again. Only through his assistants by email and then a few phone calls toward the end for closing. I sent Joe several emails and VM and never had them responded to or even acknowledged by anyone else in his office. We had many questions regarding some of the things that we had spoken to Joe about during our initial conversation and never had a chance to really discuss any of them. Needless to say, I would not recommend any of my friends or family to him. Communication is key no matter the situation, and any breakdown of that leads to very unsatisfied customers.

Brad and his team provided me with a great service. We communicated almost daily. Every time I called him, I got him and not someone else or an answering service. Brad utilizes technology to the fullest potential to stay in touch with his customers and eliminates time-consuming document processing by utilizing DocuSign. He takes the time to listen to all your concerns and provides good advice on the same. He takes the time to get to know his customers and explains every step of the process and in most of our conversations, not only I learned a lot about how the system works, but he also provided answers to questions I did not think about asking.
