Extremely low quality repair.... my screen didn't last but one week and shattered on the tiniest drop... I was using a screen protector and shock proof case and the screen repair was so weak the tiny drop shattered the screen and did not harm my screen protector. They offered no customer service for a screen that lasted 1 week...

I took my computer here to get fixed. It was an all inclusive one: meaning the CPU and monitor are one in the same. I called and asked if he could fix it. He told me he had never done it, but could research it for me. That was really cool because everyone else told me just to buy a new one. Anyways he got it back to me in a week (would have been sooner but he had to order the parts). He answered all my questions  and was really nice. I highly recommend this place. If i have future tech problems Ill go to him.

Why don't you care about the safety of your employees? Such poor handeling of a situation - we are in a pandemic- show a little concern for your fellow man? Hope you are ashamed of yourself

I needed to have the glass replaced on my tablet, after it was broke from getting dropped.  The tablet worked fine minus the cracked screen.  Took it to CPR in June to have it repaired the person behind the desk told me over and over again there work was guaranteed for the life of the tablet.  So I left it there to have it repaired.  If the employee there had told me it was only a temporary fix I would have just went and purchased another tablet rather than spending  $180 dollars to have it fixed and them place a protector screen on it.  Picked up the tablet and within two weeks the screen cracked.  When I brought it back the employee pointed out a sign behind the desk the size of a drivers licenses stating they don't stand behind there work.  This place is a rip off, poor business ethics and poor customer service.  BEWARE of anything promises or statements from this company.
