Courtyard by Marriott Vicksburg

No water. None. No shower. No toilet. When I called the front desk they told me to complain to the city. When I ask for some water to flush the toilet I was told they would notify maintenance of the toiletissue. Do better Marriott. Just do better.

I am a guest at various Hotels around the country from all brands, Let me just say my favorite is a Courtyard. I have stayed in a Courtyard here in Vicksburg, Pratville, Al, Pensacola, Fl, they all have a great attention to detail and follow a standard that is unprecedented. The staff here in Vicksburg is so courteous and helpful, the bistro has fantastic food that is so reasonable priced and no reason to have to get out to find great food. The hotel inside and out is kept immaculate and have zero complaints. A+++ Rooms: The rooms are excellent and super clean as well as the entire Hotel. The bed in the room that I have , after a week stay so far , I have zero complaints with anything. Super quiet and cannot hear anything. Safety: The parking lots are well lit and never felt uneasy at anytime , leaving at 5am for work or coming back after dark.
