I used to work and shop at this location and had to quit because the attitudes are so repugnant and unwelcoming here. There is a culture of nastiness and rude behavior among employees towards one another and towards customers. I live in Olive Branch, but Id rather make the 40 minute trip to Saddle Creek to even get my bracelet cleaned than to step in this store.
When I was working here, I voiced my concern about the aggressive attitudes of the employees and the stores general manager, Shaundra Monique Bennett Hardy, laughed and told me that they were not being aggressive. It isnt my intention to bring down one person, but I feel that it is the managers place to set the standard of conduct at work.
I brought my little cousin here once for a bracelet to get engraved as a memento for her deceased mother, Shaundra was our salesperson and did not offer any help whatsoever. She just stood there with this stank look on her face waiting for us to make requests. Very lazy attitude.
There was one instance where she was yelling at guests to line up against the wall, but they were trying to view displays in the store. She asked me to be more aggressive in speaking to them, and when I told her that I was not comfortable with that, she stroked my head with her hand and said, Youre so sweet in a patronizing tone. I accepted the compliment, because regardless of her daftness and ingenuity, I pride myself on respectful communication, good customer service, and common home training/hospitality.
Ive had friends and family members that are apprehensive to even visit this location because they know how ignorant and disrespectful the workers are here.
This word gets thrown around pretty loosely, but there is no better adjective to describe this store other than: ghetto!

Absolutely loved the customer service. The young lady was friendly and made sure I was assisted in utilizing the discounts they had available

The big tall African American lady was so nonchalant and rude (dont remember her name) She made the encounter very awkward and unpleasant. She proceeded to get on her phone in the middle of helping us. I would not visit this location again. Terrible customer service!!!!!
