    Flew into Tunica and had a car set up to be there once we landed. The car itself was fine. I had it for about 6hrs before returning it and flying home. Once I received the final bill is when things went wrong. Sparing details of the story, Id like to just note my biggest complaint is SANDRA!! She is rude, condescending, offensive and unprofessional. Had I known the negative impact of renting a car would have been, Id have found alternative accommodations. I was charged a $50 delivery fee for a car that cost me $39 to rent. At no time during the 5 phone calls to the branch days prior was this fee ever mentioned. To make matters worse, we filled the car at the very last gas station prior to the airport (10-12 minutes max) but was charged $4.12 for a gallon of gas Im CONFIDENT we didnt burn in that 10-12 minute drive. I called the branch 3 separate times attempting to rectify the situation only to be met with a manager (Sandra) that has absolutely ZERO business being one. She was not willing to listen or be helpful in any capacity. I was told I cant afford to send my guys to drop a car and not get paid when I expressed an extreme opposition to the $50 delivery fee. This location does not care about you or your rental experience. Sandra absolutely does not care about customer service or satisfaction. She has a poor understanding of how to communicate or resolve issues. Even when quoted Enterprises delivery policy, she could care less. I asked for a phone call from the general manager to discuss Sandra and my experience with her, but Im sure she never forwarded that request on as asked. I finally called corporate and a representative helped me fix the problem. However, I want to end things by saying this location is absolute garbage and it stinks from the head.aka manager Sandra!! Avoid this location by all means necessary. Id rather walk than deal with them ever again.

    I was called several times regarding this rental that was delivered to the Tunica airport. At no point in time was I informed that there was a $50 drop off fee. Enterprise policy is to NOT charge for 1-10 cars being delivered under 30 miles from the location. The distance between the airport (which there is an Enterprise location AT the airport, so idk why one had to be delivered) is 28 miles. So it didnt meet their own definition of a delivery fee. Sandra was very unhelpful and nasty at times when trying to rectify the situation. Out of hundreds of car rentals, this was the only place in the country I have ever had a delivery fee from Enterprise. I realize its a local branch issue and not a companywide issue. Calling the corporate number has the issue cleared up in a few minutes.

    The manager sandra is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Absolutely would not ever recommend this location to anyone. Even as a last resort. Terrible, terrible customer service.

    We had a car reservation here for 11:30. We showed up at 12:20 (because my husband had an issue at work) and were met at the locked door. We were told that they were closed for lunch and that we could come back at 1:00 (there is no mention of this on the door or website). Upon our return they proceeded to tell us that we were late so we had lost our reservation and they did not have a car for us (Enterprise holds the car until closing per their customer service representative). The lady had a terrible attitude and was immediately defensive with me, then told us that she could rent us a premium car for $200 more than our previous reservation. I called customer service and they said that this was absolutely not supposed to happen and that they were going to have a manager call us back and see what they could do but they never called us back. I will NEVER use this company again. Our plans were totally messed up all because someone didn't want to do their job properly or they just wanted to make some extra cash off of us, either way they've lost our business indefinitely.
