Did not get told about week bases before getting a rental why our car in the shop on top of giving the car I was told we was going to get had to settle for a truck didn't get good gas mileage now 50 in the hole in the bank account is neg poor serves

Reserved a vehicle 2 weeks in advance only to get there and they had given the last midsize vehicle away, to a lady that was literally a walk-in and still doing paperwork on the vehicle. We were told about a hour grace period to get there, which we had no idea about. I even read the policy before making the reservation. Made it there literally 17 minutes after the hour grace period, a hour after they opened. I can see why there are so many horrible reviews at this local location. Will never try to rent from this location again. 0/10 I will never recommend!!!

BEWARE OF THE SCAM: I had a 1:30pm reservation today to pick up vehicle at Enterprise in Grenada Mississippi that Insurance would cover as I just dropped my car off at the body shop to be fixed. When I got here one of their front desk representatives Lateefa McGhee said they didnt have that vehicle but would be willing to upgrade me for $30 a day difference out of pocket. I explained to her once again as I did during the reservation process, I only wanted a car that insurance was covering and she kept on about putting me in an upgraded vehicle with more out of pocket expenses. Lateefa was very rude with me, cut me off twice while talking and basically called me a liar to my face I asked for a corporate phone number to discuss this issue with their customer service department and all she would give me is her managers name Mercedes Fenicchia and her phone number. I spoke to Mercedes and she offered to put me in a vehicle at cost as long as I brought that car back on Monday to swap it out for a car insurance would cover. My dilemma is I live about an hour away from Grenada plus that means Id have to miss another half day of work just as I had to miss today and thats just not feasible for me to do. I asked Mercedes for a corporate number only to be blocked from that once again and given her managers name Calvin and his number. Ive reached out to Calvin and have yet to receive a call back. I highly recommend staying away from Enterprise in Grenada Mississippi because theyre definitely not customer friendly nor customer service oriented.
